In 2021, São Paulo led the domestic hiring scene, followed by Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, reflecting the economic dynamism of the Sudeste region. Famyle’s CEO, Guilherme Silva, anticipates even greater sector growth with the economic recovery. With only eight employees since its founding in 2020, Famyle has already experienced an 8.08% growth between Q1 and Q2 of 2023.
